Body mount system for RC4WD 1985 Toyota 4Runner

Axial SCX10ii Use rod ends (AX31186), rear upper links (AX31421), rear lower links (AX31419), and set screws (AX31343) to get a 11.4" wheelbase. The rod ends and links are also available in a kit (AXI31466). Not compatible with SCX10iii.

Element Enduro/Sendero/Trailrunner Use 11.8" rear links from Element rear link set (p/n ASC42044) with Traxxas short rod ends (p/n TRA5347) to get a 11.4" wheelbase. Not recommended for Enduro SE, Utron, or Stealth XF Transmission if using an interior. Not compatible with Comp Fox Competition Rock Crawler kit.

Vanquish VS410 All Versions Works with Fordyce, Phoenix, Pro, Ultra, and Builder's Kit. Front wheels will sit forward about 5mm if running portals. Use Vanquish 94mm rear upper links (VPS30940) and Vanquish 102mm rear lower links (VPS31020) to shorten the wheelbase. **If the Vanquish rear links are unavailable: Use Axial rod ends (AX31186), Axial rear upper links (AX31421), Axial rear lower links (AX31419), and Axial set screws (AX31343) to shorten the wheelbase. The Axial rod ends and links are also available in a kit (AXI31466). 

Vanquish VRD All Versions Works with Carbon, Stance and Builder's Kit. The body mounts for the VRD are designed to push the front wheels forward several millimeters, to allow the use of larger tires with trimmed fender wells. Front wheels will sit forward an extra 5mm if running portals. Use Vanquish 94mm rear upper links (VPS30940) and Vanquish 102mm rear lower links (VPS31020) to shorten the wheelbase. **If the Vanquish rear links are unavailable: Use Axial rod ends (AX31186), Axial rear upper links (AX31421), Axial rear lower links (AX31419), and Axial set screws (AX31343) to shorten the wheelbase. The Axial rod ends and links are also available in a kit (AXI31466).

Interiors will require cutting to clear the transmission. It is typically necessary to relocate the factory ESC, receiver, and battery tray.


Holes must be made in the bed to clear the rear shock towers, or switch to shorter towers, or cantilevers.
